Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 ripe banana, optional
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup nutpods
  • chocolate chips for decoration


  1. In a pot, combine all ingredients except the vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and nutpods. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, lower the heat to low, and stir until thick. Take off the heat, stir in the extract, and sweeten as desired. Pour the nutpods over top, and swirl it into the oatmeal with a spoon. Top with chocolate chips and melted peanut butter if desired.
