Pumpkin Spice Latte (Dairy-Free)

Serves 1


  • 3/4 cup original nutpods
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 1/2 TB pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 TB sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup espresso or strong coffee


In a microwave safe bowl, mix everything except coffee. Cover with plastic wrap and poke a few holes to allow for steam to escape. Microwave for 2 minutes until hot. Remove from microwave and whisk mixture vigorously until foamy. Prepare espresso/coffee and pour pumpkin spice mixture over coffee. Enjoy!
