How do I participate?

Joining is easy! Create an account to be automatically enrolled in the PodPerks Program. Once you're registered with our store, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn points!


How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your hard-earned points couldn't be easier! Simply apply your points for a discount at checkout. If you’d like step-by-step instructions check them out here!


Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the ‘Rewards’ tab to get started.


How long will it take for points to post to my account?

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!


Do my points expire?

Points expire after 1 year of order inactivity.


What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.


How do you refer a friend?

Easy, just enter your friends email address and start sharing your personalized code with friends. They’ll get $5 off their first purchase (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns). You will earn $5 (50 points) in rewards once your friend has made a purchase.


How do I earn my 100 points?

Make 3 purchases within 1 calendar month and get an extra 100 points. Each order must be over the value of $20 and there is a grace period of 1 day before you are eligible to earn another reward.


Can I use rewards points for my subscribe and save orders?

Since Subscribe and Save orders receive 10% off, reward points cannot be used at the same time. Save those points to try a limited-edition flavor!
