INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup nutpods Limited Addition Vanilla Lemon Creamer
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (can substitute with 1 cup coconut yogurt) 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp - 2 tsp coconut nectar, maple syrup or honey (not vegan)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Topping Ideas: 

  • coconut yogurt
  • lemon zest
  • blueberries
  • grain-free granola
  • coconut shavings

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth 
  2. Pour into a glass or bowl and sprinkle with desired toppings
